Worshipful Master Bro. Dante Castillo

Welcome to the 55th annual Installation of Officers of Harry S. Truman No. 649.
First and foremost, I would like to thank each of you for coming to tonight’s event and
witness the Installation of Officers of the Harry S. Truman Lodge No. 649. I am humbled
and pleased with your presence. Secondly, I would like to thank my wife and children for all
the support they have shown me day in and day out. I was able to do everything that I should
do because they have my back. Thirdly, I would want to thank the other elected and
appointed officers and Brethren of Harry S. Truman for their support, dedication, and
contribution to this lodge and to Freemasonry in general, especially to the Past Masters for
their continuous guidance and support to all of us.
I am truly humbled by your trust and honored for being elected as the Worshipful
Master of this lodge, and for the ensuing year and I consider it as one of the most rewarding
experiences in my Masonic journey. My travel to the East would not have been possible
without the support and guidance of the Brethren of this great lodge. I will be forever grateful
for this opportunity. I would like to thank WB Eli Santos who entrusted me to as his Senior
Warden. It was indeed an honor and pleasure to work with him.
As a Master of this lodge, I will ensure that our craft will maintain and support the
constitution and edicts of the Grand Lodge, together with the general regulations of
Freemasonry. One of my goals in this lodge is to continue improving our proficiency and
sustain learning the basics of our lodge work. Again, all these may not be possible without
the support of each and every member of Harry S. Truman. Let us continue to put in our best
efforts on making our Masonic journey a memorable experience for all of us and for future
Masons.
Finally, my brethren, be ye all of one mind; live in peace, and may the God of love
and peace be with us and bless all of us as well as our humble lodge with good prosperity. I
sincerely wish to all of you, dear brethren, your families and friends a blessed year ahead of
us. May all of us work together in close harmony for the best interest, welfare, and endurance
of our Masonic Family. Remember brethren, at the altar, we have promised to befriend and
relieve every Brother who shall need our assistance. We have been enjoined to remind a
Brother in the friendliest manner of his fault, aid in his reformation, and defend his character.
Once again, thank you! The involvement and support by everyone to make this all work is
greatly appreciated.

Sincerely and Fraternally,
WB Dante M. Castillo
